What makes a domain name "premium"?
Any .COM or .AI domain name with high commercial value is automatically a premium domain. Domains on other extensions may be premium too depending on the domain.
How does the domain transfer process work?
You can pay us directly for the domain or you can pay the domain registrar. Either way, the domain will be moved to you immediately upon payment. In some cases you may need to create a free account at the domain registrar where the domain is held to be able to take ownership of the domain.
Can I negotiate the price of a domain?
Possibly, we evaluate all serious offers on domain names.
What payment methods do you accept?
We have a way for you to pay using pretty much any payment method but much prefer direct payments in cryptocurrency and we often offer a discount for this.
How long does it take to get my domain after purchase?
If we are transferring to an account at the same registrar where the domain is held you will receive the domain immediately after payment. If we are transferring to an external registrar we will send you the EPP transfer code immediately but the domain can take up to a week to arrive in your registrar account after you initiate the transfer with them.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the unique nature of domain names, all sales are final. Once the domain is transferred to your account it cannot be reversed, so neither can the payment.

What if I have a question after I receive the domain?
